Returns:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@achadeal.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with the necessary details for shipping the product back to us.

We recommend that you retain the original packaging and any documentation that came with the product, as this will help to ensure that the product is returned in good condition.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when we sent it to you. If the product meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

We will issue a refund once we receive and verify the returned product. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged by the customer.

In cases where the item was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@achadeal.com We will make arrangements to replace the item as soon as possible.
